What is a Court Action?
A court action is a specific request a litigant files to request the court take action, such as open a case, change a date, or issue an order. A litigant submits the request through one or more forms. For example, starting a lawsuit with a complaint and summons is one court action, while later filing a motion with a proposed order to change the hearing date is another.
We charge per court action, not per form.
